How often do most players train?
Most players train 2 times per week in the off season and once or twice a week in season. Due to the diversity of players and different time constraints, players will train in a range of 2 to 4 times per week.

Are there any package deals?
Packages are available but you must contact PTL directly for more information.

Does Pushin the limit do team workouts?
Every year PTL has provided team workouts. We can send trainers out to your facility or set up in house training for your team.

Does PTL offer training on the weekends?
PTL does not currently offer any sessions on Saturdays. PTL offers training on Sundays throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons. PTL does not offer Sunday sessions during the summer season.

Does PTL offer any camps or clinics?
Every year PTL offers a Fall Clinic for its highschool JV/Varsity level players. It consists of speed & agility work, basketball skills work, and 5 on 5 play.
