About Bill Burr

A graduate of Camden Catholic High School, Bill earned 1st Team All South Jersey and 3rd Team All State honors. During his varsity tenure, the Fighting Irish attained two SJ Parochial A Titles.

Bill Burr is a self-made athlete. Through hard work and determination, he succeeded at the collegiate level earning a a degree in Finance and Honorable Mention All American status at The College of New Jersey.

He was the leading scorer (16.5) and rebounder(9.5) for a team ranked 3rd in the country in Division III. With a 22-5 record, his team became Conference Champions. In the same year, the Lions gave Princeton (ranked 7th in DI) a run for their money only to lose by 9.

Bill finished his collegiate career with over 1200 points and 600 rebounds making him the 7th leading score in the school's history.

He has played for a number of Semi-Pro teams and played professionally overseas in Australia. There he averaged 18 ppg and 8 rpg. And to round out his career, he toured with the Harlem Globetrotters playing for the New York Nationals.

Bill has presented for the NBA Players Association in their RTP (Rookie Transition Program) where he spoke to the incoming rookies on the subject of “The effects of nutrition on training for NBA players”. Bill diverse career has enabled him to gain experience at nearly every level of play and at every position. From playing center and power forward in high school to playing shooting guard and point guard at the professional level, Bill has the experience and the knowledge to help any player develop his/her game. Along with training himself his whole career and over 8 years of experience in the field, Bill is accredited as an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer. This gives him the background to provide the best possible service and experience that every client deserves.

Bill grew up in Marlton, NJ and attended St. Joan of Arc. He is the youngest of 5 children. Bill's goal now is to bring everything he has learned and teach up and coming players the skills, the work ethic, and the desire to compete at the next level.

He would like to send out a personal Thank you to Tim Lenihan, Jay Liberty, John Castaldo and Jim Crawford as they were all instrumental in the development of his career.
